RustyDB is a distributed SQL database built from scratch in Rust, with a primary focus on educational purposes. It serves as a complete rewrite and reinterpretation of the original toyDB project, created by Erik Grinaker. Rather than targeting performance or scalability, RustyDB aims to clearly and accessibly demonstrate the core concepts and architectures behind distributed SQL database systems.
